🤠 Welp , it's been a month since I've tracked my food. It hasn't gone so well lol . I love bread and pastries haha who doesn't... but I'm really trying to get my butt in to gear . I lost alot of weight and gained a decent amount of muscle ... it's been 2 years since I've started my weight loss journey , and lately I've been falling back into bad habits... I'll probably go back to meal prepping. That and tracking my macros really helped .as well as weight lifting and running , havnt stopped working out !! Thats a win in its self . Ive been able to stay consistent with that. But also feel I've been doing the bare minimum.. gotta up the game .aaannny ways jist wanted to get that off my chest .. makes it seem more official ..

Y'know, if it isn't going well, but you keep chipping away at making it better . . . it'll get better. You're going to make this work, rededicating like you are, if you you follow through with patience and persistence.

P.S. FWIW, I actually can mostly take or leave bread and pastries. Chocolate, cheese, craft beer, and old-school taco flavor Doritos, though . . . 🤣. All jokes aside: Best wishes!1 -
I am the same way! Can’t be trusted 😂. I always end up going back to counting to stay reasonable, even when I don’t necessarily have to lose weight.1
