    I'm shooting for a lb every 11-12 days (give or take). I'm looking to lose 30, maybe 35lbs.

    ---I'm at -1 on Feb 5 🙂 On paper.

    Now mine's this strict on paper with good logging. I know the scale can take a while for me or jump around. So I have a "paper number" and a scale number.

    feb 2nd - ran 3k (veryslow!)
    feb 3rd 158 lbs- strength training
    Feb 4th- 2.3 mile walk with the dogs and a 5k run with hubby, danced all evening to a great live band at the pub!
    feb 5th -strength training, got in 10k steps
    feb 6th-5k slow run before work, 2 mile walk in my lunch break
    Feb 7th-35 minutes strength training in the gym before work, 2 mile lunch break walk.

    I’m struggling a bit with the boredom of tracking, planning meals, thinking about food etc. my logging has been sloppy over past few days and it’s reflected in no loss. At least I haven’t gained.
