Feb 22: 141. Trending down .14 of a pound a week for feb. I’m going to cut my calories by 100 a day and try and do a couple more aerobics or spin classes a week. Hopefully that will get the scale moving a little bit quicker.1

feb 2nd - ran 3k (veryslow!)
feb 3rd 158 lbs- strength training
Feb 4th- 2.3 mile walk with the dogs and a 5k run with hubby, danced all evening to a great live band at the pub!
feb 5th -strength training, got in 10k steps
feb 6th-5k slow run before work, 2 mile walk in my lunch break
Feb 7th-35 minutes strength training in the gym before work, 2 mile lunch break walk. Spinning class
Feb 8th 156lbs lunch break walk and maybe a gym session this evening, legs are feeling heavy today
Feb 9th 155lbs Walked the dogs before work, 2.3mile walk at lunch. 5k run after dinner. Completed my C25k app
Feb 10th 154lbs. Went out for lunch! Weights session after work
Feb 11th Spinning Class. Walked my dogs. Kept busy all day
Feb 12th Gym session. Long walk with my dogs. Chilled afternoon. Huge sunday dinner, dont dare stand on the scales
Feb 13th. Walk before work with the dogs 2miles. Walk on my lunch break 2.3 miles. Gym workout
Feb 14th Walked the doggies, walk at work and gym session
Feb 15th REST DAY... muchly needed. Meal out with hubby this evening. Looking forward to a nice meal and a pudding
Feb 16th Short walk with the dogs as it was raining, walk at luch with ,my hubby and gym sesh in the evening.
Feb 17th 3lbs on, 157lbs... walked the dogs, walk at lunch and gym this evening... so annoyed.
Feb 18th. Did a spinning class in the morning. Took my dogs to the beach for a long walk.
Feb 19th. Gym seshion and then a day of cleaning the house and getting caught up with jobs.
