New-ish here…

Hi, everyone!

I’ve had an account for a while, but I’m finally ready to get serious about losing weight. My husband and I want try to get pregnant, but my weight needs to come down first. It would be great if I also built habits that lasted.

Ideally, I should lose 100+ pounds, and that feels super overwhelming. I’m working closely with my PC doctor; and I’m hoping this community can help me with accountability, education and support.

    Welcome!

It's very wise that you're thinking of habits, because that's what will serve you well now and on into parenthood. There's some great resources here. You can succeed if you stick to it!

You got this! I have seen some
Helpful tips on here , I am still still new to the community but the best advice I can give you is stick to your plan and exercise if you do. I’m almost 90lbs down from a year ago would
Probably be more if I stud to my plan and had more support. So finding community is
    Great! Go after your dream!
