30lbs (just over 2 stone) lighter since 1st April 2022!
Non scale victories include
*2 clothes sizes down
* escema rash on hand gone completely despite medical intervention previously not working
* feel better

The physical weight is coming off quicker now but took 10 months to see this!

    You're doing great. The measure of your overall health can be seen in your hair, skin and nails so it looks like you've been getting pretty healthy on IF. I know I have.

    Congrats @mummy_h .... I too do IF (I am doing 16:8 ) but I am not able to weigh in ...due to having a cast on my leg ...I broke my ankle in 2 places and tearing ligaments and tendons back in Oct of 22 ... I believe I will be having a 5th due to the 2 rods in my leg giving me problems ...
