Saying Hi and Wanting New Friends!!

Hey friends! How are you all? I’ve been on and off MyFitnessPal for the last few years; now I’m rolling back into it. I see things changed and I’ve grown unhealthy and fallen into a slump but last week I’ve motivated myself; and overcoming it now! Been going to the gym almost everyday when I’m not working and pushing myself more. And I feel more confident and want to have friends here and motivate each other! Please add! We got this! We’re all fighting our good fight and we will succeed! Thank you everyone! My goal is to lose 50-60lbs.

    Are you enjoying your time in the gym?

    How are you doing with planning your calorie intake and then eating your plan? That's where weight loss mostly happens. Build those good habits that you can keep up indefinitely. That's what will work in the long run. If you enjoy pushing yourself at the gym and foresee yourself doing that forever, then for sure that can be a healthy addition to your routine. Focusing on calorie intake and taking the long view and going slowly is perhaps also a very good plan.
