Hello my name is Margaret Reilly. I've been struggling with weight all my life. I've tried different approaches. I have a food diet that I try to stick to now. Do you have a diet that you stick too also

    Sort of, but maybe not exactly in the way you mean it? I wouldn't really call it "a diet", although I suppose the way any particular person routinely eats is their diet.

    I did this to lose weight back in 2015-16, and have done the same to maintain weight in a healthy range since (after around 30 previous years of overweight/obesity):

    It's more a process or a mindset, I think, rather than a "diet plan" in the sense of a list foods to choose or avoid, specific portion sizes, predefined meals to eat, or that sort of thing.

    I don't think that's perfect for everyone: No one approach is universally best, IMO. But that's working OK so far for me.
