Hey y'all! Checking in from Texas here. I have always struggled with weight and PCOS doesn't help anything! I do best when I have a group of people going through the same journey to chat with, trade recipes with, and all around journey with. Hopefully someone is interested! (Anyone know how to create a group on here?)
Here's a little bit about me:
I'm 24, I have over 100 lbs to lose, I've lost about 20 since January, and I'm doing the whole shebang. Food prepping, daily half workouts, better hair and skin care, all of it. I also rock climb and would like to build up my strength.
So. Anyone interested?

If you are interested in a group setting ...take a look at the group fat2fit... we are supportive, encouraging , cheer others on while trying to lose weight

I agree with Megan that challenges are a good start. I love the Hogwarts themed challenges. They are doing sign ups right now. You should try to get in if you'd like. I'm in Hufflepuff.
