I began a weight loss program in the spring of 2021 weighing 219. I'm 76 years old and 5 feet 1 inch tall. The program is connected with a hospital. I've always struggled with my weight. This program was and still is, exceptional. I learned better habits. It is a very slow process and by the fall of 2022 I lost 31 pounds. Then I lost my way and began eating just about anything I wanted to for about six months. But, I'm back again, after gaining 14 pounds and using My Fitness Pal for the first time. I'm confident I will gain back my former, better eating habits! Wish me well!
