Trying hard this month, would like to get to 140 as we are away for a golden wedding anniversary party at the end of the April. Thats my little goal for myself.
April 1st I did a spinning class first thing, then did some legs. Walked my dogs. Ate well.
April 2nd. I didnt go to the gym, went out on my motorbike with some friends, was nice to get out, hubby is still in america, i needed some adult conversation! Took my dogs for a longer walk than normal and ate well.
April 3rd. Walked my dogs before work, will walk at lunch and I'll go to the gym this evening.
April 4th. Its freezing in the uk first thing in the morning. 0 degrees! Walked my dogs 2 miles before work, will walk at lunch and then i think i may do a full body workout at the gym this evening. Got sugar snap peas to snack on at work today, going to try and convince myself its chocolate ha
April 5th. Walked my dogs in the morning, was on high alert all day as hubby was back from America and i was desperate to see him. Got a quick walk in at lunch and did manage the gym, left him for 45 mins while he was faffing with kids and sorting out his suitcase. Killed my shoulders
April 6th, Really need to weigh myself but im always petrified to stand on the scales incase its not dropped or heavens forbid gone up. Maybe tomorrow?!?!? Walked my dogs. its raining in the UK so will see about a lunch time walk, then we are out as a family later for dinner as its my partners birthday today
April 7th day off work... Stayed busy all day, gym and a walk with the dogs...cant actually remember what else i actually did!
April 8th. Spinning class in the morning, then went out for a bottomless brunch with some girlfriends, was good with food but drank far to much prosseco!
April 9th Went to the gym, walked my dogs got in my 10k steps, spent the afternoon at the pub listening to live music
April 10th Gym, walked, pottered all day, played snooker all afternoon with the kids. Too scared to weigh myself, I will on friday.
April 11th. Back to work and the usual routine, walked my dogs early before work, if the weather holds out ill walk at lunch time. Then Spinning this evening.
April 12th. Finally stood on the scales 146lbs. Was praying for more but ill settle on that. Walked my dogs, walked at lunch and ill go to the gym later on.
April 13th. Got up starving hungry this morning. Porridge for breakfast. Walked my dogs, went for a walk at lunch and its leg day at the gym. Having issues with on old break on my knee, cant do leg curls atm, its excruciatingly painful. Seeing a muscular skeletal chappy next week hopefully.
April 14th 145lbs. i dont think itll go down much more now. 2lbs in one week is really really good for me. I'll get stuck for a bit now. Walked my dogs, then spent 4 hours doing some training with work and its chucking it down so didnt get out for a walk. Ive eaten a tonne of rubbish as well. But i do feel like i needed it. Ive been so good all week and woke up starving again. Had half a large twix a gregs cookie and a hot cross bun along with breakfast and lunch. Night of from the gym. I need a rest day
April 15th. I did spin in the morning and mostly pottered about all day. Walked the dogs, got caught up with jobs at home.
April 16th I worked my back at the gym, and i had an inbody scan done, what an eyeopener! Crikey i have some work to do! anyway, did spin as well, walked my dogs, ate well and met my nans new little puppy and that was the weekend done again.
April 17th Walked my dogs first thing, hoping to walk at lunch and then gym later
April 18th. Walked, walked some more and then walked some more! Had chip shop chips, curry sauce and half an easter egg...oops
April 19th Walked my dogs, walked at lunch and then i have a spin and quick legs session in the gym
April 20th. The suns shining! walked the dogs, will walk at lunch and then the gym later. Not feeling confident about weighing in tomorrow. I absolutely dread standing on the scales

Its chucking it down yet again in the UK. Got soaked walking my dogs (thats dedication right there!) Hoping to walk at lunch, might not get to the gym later as its my step sons 18th so we are out for dinner.
April 22nd I did spin in the morning and a quick all over weights session, walked my dogs did loads of jobs at home.
April 23rd Spin in the morning and a quick shoulders workout, spent alot of the day watching the london marathon, walked the dogs, pottered, ate well all weekend
April 24th, walked my dogs, will walk at lunch. Woke up starving! so eating a bit more today. Legs at the gym later , not my favourite! We are going to a hotel for the weekend this weekend with all the family...trying my hardest to be extra good and workout hard before we go. Really wanted to lose half a stone this month, but its just not happened, only 3lb so far. 1 more pound would be nice, but we shall see how that goes

April 26th. Walked my dogs, will walk at lunch time and then training back this evening at the gym. Im gettng dangerously close to eating my body weight in chocolate, aunt flo is visiting...
April 27th. Got up feeling like i had no energy at all. had a long shower and a big coffee and started to feel more human. Walked my dogs, will walk at lunch and then the gym later, shoulders and arms i think1 -

April 28th. 142.6lbs I have no idea what I'm doing differently to have this little whoosh of weight loss. I like it though! we are going away this weekend until monday so i dread to thinkif i'll be able to control myself where food is concerned. Walked my dogs this morning, will walk at lunch and then gym later. Think it might be a leg day1 -

Apr 21 190 had to take ibuprofen for a headache yesterday and it always makes me retain water. Still trending down from last week so I’m happy.

4/28 163.4 I bumped up to 165 a couple days ago. back down. Just need to stay consistent. I really crave something sweet after eating healthy. It's kind of annoying, but even something tiny alleviates the craving.0 -

Goal 184 lbs which will put me in the normal category on a BMI calculator.
Method reduced calorie and exercise program with both caridio and strength training.
I've been at it for 21 months now and my progress has been slow but steady.
I only weigh myself once a month on the first of each month and while I'm disappointed that this month's progress was only 3 lbs and no reduction in waist size reduction I'll keep going but it's tough to understand since I did nothing different than the previous months where I lost about 10 lbs per month.0 -
