    @musicsax I’m so sorry to hear about your DB! Sending hugs and healing prayers.🙏

    @pezhed How is your SIL? Continued prayers.

    @TerriRichardson112 🙏🙏 for a speedy recovery!!!

    @LisaPower123 It’s all about learning what works for each of us. What kind of “junk?” Hey the junk OUT of the house! Good job with the fast! Hang in there!

    @musicsax how scary for your family too, strokes can be hard to come back from. Hopefully the rehab therapy will help him get there. I'm so sorry that happened. SIL is going to be released from the hospital today, which is good. I haven't heard if she got any answers about why she passed out.

    Too late to edit my post so posting again:

    1. Run went really well, surprisingly. I ended up going the mostly-flat and downhill path to the Stone House (community place for the ranch. Stone House was the first house built on the ranch). It's also on the main road so there's miles to and from to run should I be willing to take on the hills. I mentally pushed through all 20 minutes. I had a long, mostly uphill walk back home once I finished but I was sure there was no way I could head home up those long, drawn-out hills after already running for 15 minutes so I just kept going further and further away hahaha!
    I'm going to have to figure things out for weeks 7, 8, and 9 as they're 25, 28, and 30 minute runs (3x each) respectively. I won't have time, between daylight and work, to do what I did today as far as run that time out and walk it back. I'll have to loop and that means taking on those hills. Oof. Or driving to the Stone House and running the flat-ish parts around it before driving home. I just realized, if I don't repeat any weeks, I only have 4 more weeks of runs. I'll probably repeat week 6, though (treadmill next week), so that makes 5 weeks. I have 7 weeks until race day. Oof! I'll probably run M-W-F the week before the race and Monday, maybe Wednesday the week of the race (which race is a Saturday so definitely won't run Friday). I know how quickly my running endurance disappears from time off so I don't want to skip 2 weeks of running entirely. It's time to start thinking and planning now so I don't have to make a last minute plan -- it never works out and I usually can't make a decision so it doesn't get done. Can't have that!

    2. TOM made an appearance, as well, so that could account for that little plateau at 158.x and the fairly large overnight drop into the 157.x range, especially considering my sleep being so disrupted. I completely blanked on mentioning that, but it is a factor I want to keep in mind whenever I look back on these notes.
