The at-home sweatfest….

Anyone rock out doing the at home workouts??? I’m on my way to finishing T25 and it’s been an absolute blast!

Not sure how much my family love hearing me bounce around the bedroom when I’m working out 🤣🤣🤣 but need to figure out what is next!

Always looking for recommendations!

I really like these since I'm working out on upper floors too :)
Upper body and core, just do another cool down move when he gets to the jumping jacks at the end

Similar muscles with this one but yoga if you're into that. When she gets to around the 17min mark, that *kitten* gets HARD

    Full body with no-jumping variations

In Winter, yes . . . but it's not videos, pretty much all self-direct. Most often this year, it's been stationary bike plus rowing machine, some weights, some yoga/stretching/core on my own (just a compilation of things I know work well for me).

If you like videos, there's a whole thread about that:

We're turning to Spring here, so I'm finally able to do more outdoor biking (going out from home, usually), and just started rowing from my rowing club. In-home stuff goes on the back burner when I can do those.

I don't like going to the gym. Being on the spectrum, the loud noise, blinking screens, loud music and people irritate me. Especially music as my taste in music is a lot different. Thus I work out at home. Running outside, or long cycle rides. I have a good mat and a few kettlebells, and for fracture rehab I've bought a bench and use a barbell I had in the basement for far too long. This stuff will go down again once I'm fine because my space is limited, and a bench in my bedroom looks not good.
