Hi, new here

Hello everyone. I'm Nora, here because I was looking for an app to help me track what I eat to determine reflux triggers (as in, after every meal or snack I would add it to the list so I could correlate symptoms to food), but I got sucked into setting a diet goal which was not what I was intending. Is it possible to delete that, or should I just ignore the dieting prompts?
