Feeling positive

Options
Back in November, i joined a gym to tone up and lose weight. All was going well, lost 2 stone, and i felt great. But at the beginning of January i suffered 2 disc prolapses at L2-L3 and at L4-L5, which meant i couldn't carry on with the gym. I was off work for 3 months, and in that time, due to the pain, and numbness throughout my legs and feet. As i couldn't walk much i regained what i'd lost in the gym and quite a bit more. I've not had much help from the NHS so far, and have tried various physiotherapists and still not much better.

This week, i finally got an appointment with a sports osteopath, who actually went through what has been happening in my legs and feet, and explained why the numbness was where it was. It was so good to know what exactly was happening. I now need to lose a couple of stone before he can start to treat/heal my back. I'm now feeling more motivated and positive than i have done since this ordeal started.

Thanks to Zac Laraman Sports Osteopath.
