If I did it again, I apologize. I don't know how to delete pics from the forum. Lol. I have no clue what I'm doing.

The difference is so clear because of those cheekbones. Good job!

And that right one is homely but that's all I could muster that day. Selfies are not my strength.

I won't lie, I have trouble reconciling the fact that I was (or am) either of these people.

That is literally one of the most amazing transformations i've ever seen!

Aha! Thank you so much! :)

If it's not too rude to ask, how much have you lost? You look very tiny in the after photos!

it's not rude at all! TBH I'm not sure how much I've lost overall — I avoided weighing myself when I was at my heaviest, so my actual weight then remains an unknown, and I did manage to lose a little bit before I really committed myself to a healthy lifestyle. The first time I weighed myself after losing a noticeable amount of weight, I was about 182lbs, so I'd hazard a guess and say that at my heaviest I was between 200~220lbs, which would put me at approximately a 100lb loss. (I'm not sure how much I weigh currently as I've just had a laparoscopy! ordinarily, my weight sits between 112 and 119lbs, though.)

Wow, just wow. Personal question here. Are people responding to you differently than before your weight loss? (interactions with strangers)

Not proud from the before pictures. I was probably at 240lbs on my heaviest. Now I'm at 195 or 190, not really sure. Probably need to get to 170-175lbs. The mirror will let me know.

During the process, I lost the love of my life. Never again. (short story: I was 180 when I met her, 5 years ago. Due to depression, I gained all that weight. Now trying to recover).

Let's see if this works.. This difference is only 15lbs in 3 months. Cut out all processed sugars and most processed foods.

Here is mine. I didn't think this would be so confronting to do. It is hard to come to terms with the fact that I once treated myself so poorly and felt I didn't deserve better.

Top two are from around 2011, I was over 300lbs
Bottom left is from around April this year where I was around 290, and bottom right is from a week ago and I am about 262 :)

You guys are all amazing. I don't have any face pics .. and honestly I am very unhappy when it comes to my face. My calorie deficit thing was a failure as I lost too much fat in my face. My friends called me a "Crackhead". That explains it all. But love the thread.

This pictures are amazing and some are almost beyond belief. What really strikes me is not so much that everyone's face is thinner, but how big and beautiful people's eyes look in comparison.
