I started using MFP back in June and I've lost just a tad over 30lbs since then. This morning I took a face comparison picture and I was really shocked to see the changes. My cheekbones are coming back, my dimples are coming back, and I seem to have gained a chin. I'm pretty happy about it.

These pics span a year, though my weight loss and fitness journey only started 7 months ago today, on January 25, 2014. I'm not sure on exact weight in the first pic, which is from September, 2013, but I started here at 242 at the end of January, 2014. 7 months later, I am down 56 lbs, to 186.

too lazy to upload on a photo sharing site, but the first pic is from a little over a year ago when I was about 220 lbs and the second one if from like a week ago at 159 lbs.
I think there is a pretty big difference in the two photos.
