    I am 11 days post op of getting a new knee and ready to start tracking again.
    I quit for awhile as I was pretty immobile and frustrated since the beginning of the year waiting for this to get done.
    Now that it has it is my second chance at doing all the things I love as I have loved anything having to do with athletics my whole life.
    I track macros and go on a relatively high protein diet. I also track water intake.
    If you are interested in keeping this thread going, I will go along with you 🙂
