I am new here currently I have lost about 106 pounds of fat with some loose skin, and am just now learning consistency when it comes to giving it my all. It’s always going to be me Vs me and that’s okay I also do intermittent fast 16:8 which has helped me out a bunch, I work out 3-4 times a week and under my loose skin you can totally see my muscles forming I’ve been going for about a year for being consistent and almost 2 years with this health journey. I am still new at this and always constantly looking for new ideas and ways to improve.
