Been using MyFitnessPal for 1+ month to record my Food intake

Hi everyone!
I've been using MyFitnessPal app to record my daily food intake and also monitor my nutritional needs and so far it has helped me throughout my journey in losing weight and burning fat.

I have lost about 8.8 KG since I started monitoring my food intake and I did that via Intermittent Fasting, Calorie Deficit, and daily exercise.
