I kinda messed up. Extremely rough day at work that I forgot I was on a diet and ended up eating about 2 and a half plates of these .. my mind just went blank. Anywho it had fondant pieces . Any aprox guess in how much 2 and a half of this has ? I logged 700 . I almost had a good week

700 is probably a good guess, but it doesn't really matter. Just pull yourself up and move onto the next *well planned* meal. You'll be fine.

Also, you still had a good week. A piece of stupid cake ruins 5 minutes, not a week.

    Wise words.

At most, spend a few minutes thinking about how to avoid repeats in future, if you don't think it was subjectively worth the calories. Then let it go.

It looks pretty good, though, and I'm not even a cake fan. If I were the one making a plan for the future, it might be a plan about how to fit some of something like that in, on the rare special occasion. YMMV.

I hope it was yummy :) Don't sweat it unless you do this every day. You'll be fine. Lets just say you had your usual calorie allowance, plus 700 calories of cake. So you were 700 calories above your goal. Depending on your deficit you might still be below your maintenance calories. And even if not, then you theoretically gained a few grams of fat. Not 1lbs not 1/2 lbs, just a small fraction of it. What counts is long-term deficit, not a single day where you went a bit overboard.
