Seeking Fitness Companions for a Healthier Journey ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‘ซ username:hillardjk

Hello MyFitnessPal community,

I hope this message finds you all in high spirits and health. I am reaching out to you today with a humble request, one that I believe will foster not only my progress but also a supportive community among us.

I am proud to say that I've been tracking with MyFitnessPal for 393 consecutive days. This app has been instrumental in my journey towards better health, fitness, and overall well-being. However, as I keep hitting new milestones and continuously strive for improvement, I realize that this journey, while rewarding, can sometimes be a lonely one.

I've asked friends and family to join me on MyFitnessPal, but alas, they haven't been able to maintain their accounts or accompany me on this journey. I believe that having a community of like-minded individuals can provide the motivation, support, and healthy competition that can make this journey even more rewarding.

At present, I have one person on the app supporting me. While their encouragement has been invaluable, I believe that having more friends can provide a wider range of insights, experiences, and support. It's about more than just being accountable; it's about sharing our victories, learning from our setbacks, and cheering each other on every step of the way.

If you're interested in joining me on this adventure, I would be more than happy to connect with you. Let's support each other in making healthier choices, reaching our goals, and staying motivated, no matter what life throws at us.

Please feel free to add me as a friend on MyFitnessPal. I would be delighted to share tips, insights, and words of encouragement. Let's make our fitness journey not just a solitary endeavor, but a shared experience of growth and camaraderie.

Looking forward to joining forces with you in our quest for healthier, happier lives. Remember, together, we're stronger!

Stay fit, stay motivated, and let's conquer our goals together!

Best Regards,
Khari

Hi, Khari. Congrats on being here and working on your goals, and for finally finding the community.

My suggestion is, spend some time on the boards. If you find someone whose posts you like, or who is in to a similar regimen (weightlifting, running, etc) send them a friend request.

Donโ€™t bother typing a message on the initial friend request. That has been disabled due to spammers, so anything you type will disappear into the ether. Once someone accepts your request, though, you can message them or post to their feed.
