How do I hit my macro and calorie goals?

I’m supposed to eat 3500 calories per day to bulk up. I weigh 147lbs, so I need to eat at least 147g protein per day. If I eat 147g protein, 350g carbs. That means I need to eat 168g of fat to reach my goal of 3500 calories per day. Is that too much fat? I don’t know any other way to hit my goal. Right now I’m averaging 113g of fat, which puts me at 3005 calories. Thanks.

3500 calories at 147bw, that's huge. You'll bulk, but a lot of what you add will be fat in addition to muscle.
The 147g protein is a good suggestion, but it's not a hard "hit EXACTLY this much" amount. Feel free to consume more.
But again, 3500 is a lot. Where did you get this number? What is your steady-state calorie budget, as in how many calories can you eat and your weight not change?0
