Between 6 and 8 pmActual meal: between 7 and 8 usually (sometimes later) as a starting time.
But I usually have an evening snack as well (which I don't consider a meal) around 10-10.30PM.0 -

My last meal of the day, usually around 7 pm. Dessert around 8:30. Last snack no later than 9:15.2 -

Sometimes it's before 6 (rarely before 5), but if it is, there are likely to be snacks later because I usually stay up late.
Most of the time, it's probably before 10PM, but occasionally it's after midnight, and sometimes immediately before bed.
Honestly, I don't pay much mind to the time, but the above are true generalities. I'm not very good at routine. I'm retired, my days start earlier in Summer and much later in Winter, and I eat when I feel like it and when it fits in around my schedule. Sometimes I have 2 meals, usually 3, occasionally 4. Usually there are some snacks between meals, of varied sizes. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish a small meal vs. a big snack.
Context: I behaved like this during about a year while losing 50ish pounds, and for 7+ years of maintenance since. I've never seen that meal/snack timing had any effect on my bodyweight trends, unless via appetite/satiation (so it affected compliance with my calorie goal). Of course, if I eat a big bunch of food volume right before bed, my first thing in the AM weigh-in may be a little higher, but that's just one-day variability. It's the multi-week trend that's important, in my view.
An important fact is that I have no extra trouble sleeping if I eat right before bed, nor do I have reflux or the like from doing that.

Between 8 and 10 pmDinner meal is usually served anywhere between 6-8pm (depending on kids school activities and how bad the traffic is during my commute home from work), with dessert served sometime before 10. I try to not have anything but water beyond that point, on account of acid reflux. (Though since we bought our new bed which can raise/lower the head, this hasn't been an issue.)0

Between 8 and 10 pmI put off dealing with dinner as long as I can and usually heat something up or dump some meat in a bagged salad kit around 8:30 or so and head to bed right after that. I’ve eaten that way through weight loss, weight gain, maintenance….makes to difference to me in any of those phases.1

Between 6 and 8 pmAs an aside, your body still burns quite a few calories and also does it’s recovery when you sleep so don’t think that you need to stop eating at x time of the night as to not add fat, it still needs nutrition especially protein. Even something like a Greek yogurt at night before bed is a plus as you won’t have another meal for 8 or so hours and if you’re doing IF with a window of noon or so that’s a long time without protein0

Between 6 and 8 pmActually dinner is usually right around 8 for my wife and I...sometimes a bit later if we're having to do a lot of projects or homework with the kiddos. But usually right around 8PM. We sit down and watch a show and eat our meal...usually something small for desert afterwards and then I'm usually off to bed to read around 9-9:30.
Timing is a bit different on weekends as we tend to do our family meals on weekends so we usually eat around 6:30 or 7...usually something on the grill and we eat and hang out on the back patio.0 -
Before 6 pmWe typically eat dinner around 4-5pm sometimes later. We eat early though cause we go to bed early, truck driver schedule, also my doctor recommended IF so that’s another reason we eat so early..0

Between 6 and 8 pmDinner is typically between 6-8 (depending on kids activities and my work schedule) and tends to be at the earlier side of that. I rarely eat dessert after dinner. I am much more inclined to have some sort of sweet treat mid-afternoon (perhaps a holdover from my childhood after school snacks). But I have never been a late night snacker.0

After 10 pmI work nights so my schedule is all screwed up. I usually have my first meal around 8-10 pm, a snack around 2 am or so and a small breakfast when I get home from work around 7 am (today it was two hard boiled eggs).0
