Maintenance weight range: after going onto maintenance I continued to lose weight very slowly, so started reducing my maintenance ceiling. I am currently at a fairly steady weight.

β’ I found some great seated Pilates videos from Rachel, The girl with the Pilates Mat., and some cardio with body weight videos that I like. YouTube is such a useful resource.

β’ Remembering to adjust the intensity of my exercise regimen to take account of medical advice
β’ Managing the possible weight increase with increased toning strength work

Success of the week: I got out my whitewater canoe and joined a group on some mild class 2 and 3 water. It was a hoot. Got in a hike to see the wildflowers. I might have to skip the upcoming hike and basically skip a week. Commitments ya know.
Struggle of the week: Kneeling for four hours in a canoe is brutal on my knees, and my paddle is too long.1 -
