New(ish) Member

Heya :)) I just recently started a more serious and thought-out weight loss plan after dropping about 75lb. I decided to take advantage of that original weight loss and implement cardio and weight training to secure the health and physical well-being I want the most.

I am not entirely sure how the friends feature works nor did I know these forums existed until now, but friends are certainly welcome, especially those who have recipes to share!! XD
