    I think I need to go lower carbs.
    It's only been 5 days of detoxing from all the carbs I ate on vacation, but I'm just dreaming and craving all sorts of carbs.
    I day-dreamed about buying a big box of Kelloggs Corn Flakes cereal and just eating piece after piece until the box is empty. If not cereal, then kettle corn popcorn.

    working sooooo hard not to snack tonight!
