Hello! I’m 40kg,20 yrs old and Male. so I wanna make progress with my body and I want to go into calorie surplus but I have a fast metabolism. I have serious mass protein, eggs,oatmeal,rice,banana,chicken breast. How many calories should I take in a day and I do calisthenics workout only

Not sure from your post if you’re wanting to gain weight, or begin weights to develop muscle, or both?
If you’ll click on board categories, you’ll find boards devoted to both and you’ll find “sticky” threads at the top of each board that contain very helpful info.
