Glutes workout

i need more fat/muscle on my butt 😂 what glutes workout do y’all recommend??

    Have a look at Bret Contreras. I haven’t seen anyone lately that follows him but pre Covid there were a number of women who followed his programme and were pleased with the results.

    The ONLY way to put on muscle naturally is to ensure you do progressive overload and eat in enough surplus to provide muscle growth. If you're trying lose weight, that's usually not going to happen.

    Weighted hip thrusts, curtsy squats, single leg presses are a few that I have my clients do to improve glutes.
