Basically, you have to decide, is your health worth that cookie or whatever you have in your hand right now.
I watched my parents both decline. I’m worth more than that, I have life left to live and give, I don’t want to live my “golden years” on meds or having my diapers changed, and I’m not putting my family through what I went through.
I put down my cookie, learned this app inside out, engaged with other successful users, learned from them, and made big and small changes in my life and my eating habits.
You have to want this bad enough to be successful, but if you make an honest effort to do so, you’re going to wake up in six months or a year a LOT lighter and kicking yourself for not having done it earlier, because you had no stinking idea it was so damn easy.3 -
success begets success. set a goal to log perfectly for three weeks. then do it again. the first few weeks are the hardest.1
