How do I maintain my skinny body but gain weight?

Hi! I am 18 years old and 5'4. In a few months, I have lost around 20 pounds. I went from eating about 2,000 calories to only 900-1,200 calories. I was at a healthy weight of 125-130 pounds and am currently at 105-110 pounds. The problem is that my body now is so much nicer than how it was before. But I do not want to continue being at or near underweight, as it doesn't feel good. Is there any way I could gain weight without gaining fat and making my body look worse?

Eat a small calorie surplus with plenty of protein and take up a progressive resistance program (lifting weights or a body weight regime).4

Confirming what @lynn_glenmont said.
It's all about body composition: muscle takes up less space than fat for the same weight so your best bet is to gain some muscle.3 -
Thirdting the above. I dropped too low when I lost my weight.
I’ve added back about 15 pounds via weight training, but remained the same clothing size as the lower weight.
Weight training is fun, challenging, and I love the results. In my head, it was intimidating to get started, but once I did, I was sooooo glad I leaped the hurdle.
If you go this route, I sincerely hope you’ll post here and keep us up to date, or friend us. There are some really wonderful women on here who train. Some compete, most of us do it for our own pleasure.2
