I'm at a lost and I need help, so I'm very active I work at active job and after that I go and do Taekwondo and jujitsu, also weight training for 30 to 20 minutes a day for 4 or 5 days a week. I was on a very restrictive diet a few times of 1200 calories a day and then I went in a low spot in life with depression I went up from 180 to 220 but still not really eating more calories except for at least 1500 every once in a while. I decided to try reverse dieting and maybe jump start my metabolism or hope to shut off the fat more but I don't know how to do it before I started I would normally eat 15 to 1600 a Day but now I'm eating at least 18 to 1900 but I seen that I gained five more pounds and then lose any and it seem a little bit more puffy and more bigger and I just don't know why. To be honest last summer I went back to 1200 to 1600 a day and still lost weight but what do I do because I went from 201 back to 220 and I haven't really changed my eating habits at all so for an extra 100 to 200 calories every once in a few days.

You gained weight because you were eating possibly several hundred more calories per day than your body needed when you increased to 1900 a day. Go back to the 1500 a day and be rigorous about it.

Hello! I’m here every day. Feel free to add me if you’re still looking to add to your friend list.

Dude, you're pulling up old threads all across the board. You don't even know anymore whether these people are still here. Why not start a nice opening post, tell 1-2 sentences about yourself and your goals and then ask if someone might want to add you?

    Spammer.

Likely. I didn't see anything offering products, but I'd guess they do that to their poor 'friends'

Well, I suppose more like presumed catfisher than the usual sort of spammer, but 100+ cut and paste of the same message on different threads counts as spam, too, I think.
