Lose 15 lbs in 15 weeks

Hello! I'd like to challenge myself to lose 15 lbs in the next 100 days ( just about 15 weeks).

I'm looking for some folks to join me.

My plan is to workout 3x a week and walk at least 4x a week for a short time (maybe 10-15 minutes). I want to log my food every day for the next 100 days. I am not on a good path with my health and my doctor suggested I watch what I eat and begin exercising.

This will be really difficult for me but I'm hoping with a group of folks it will be easier!
