Breastfeeding mummy trying to get fit! HELP! ☺️

Anyone with advice on building strength and cutting body fat percentage whilst breastfeeding (2 year old!) trying to wean him off but don’t want to delay fitness journey any longer, want to feel stronger and cut body fat percentage due to high cholesterol.

37 years old, weighing in at 65kg
