I have been staying under my goal the entire time I’ve been on this app but I am nearing the end of the week and it says I am 0% in losing weight I’m I supposed to meet the goal or should I just eat less or fast or something

Where does it "say" you're "0% in losing weight"? Is that based on a weigh-in or some assessment of the food you're logging?
And, yes, as others say, you need to be more patient.0 -
Hey I actually joined around a week ago lol idk why it says I joined yesterday maybe because that was my first time in community but in the weight tab under progress it says 0% and no I am not weighing the food is that something I should start doing?0

Yes, your Community join date can be different from (later than) your MFP basic join data. Still, a week isn't long enough to get a reasonable reading on progress from experience.
I'm still not sure what you mean by a percent in the weight tab under progress . . . I don't have a percent showing there. Did you record a starting weight? Have you recorded an updated weight since your starting weight? If you didn't do both of those, I can see where there might be a zero involved someplace.
Mine looks like this (but isn't accurate because I stopped updating my weight in MFP when I hit maintenance). I don't see a percent? Are you looking at this page, or something else?

Have you inputted a lower weight than day 1? If so then it’s correct, you haven’t made “progress” yet but that doesn’t mean you are doing anything wrong!2
