    I'm a huge fan of video games. Especially the game Mass Effect. I ended up naming my car after one of the characters on there.
    I named her EDI lol xD

    My car is known as 'The hearse'
    it's a midnight blue station wagon (can't remember what you call them in the States)
    Would easily fit a coffin in the back and has had more hit's than Elvis
    it rattles around due to everything being loose, and i drive it way too fast
    It's got a big skull sticker on the back and fake bullet holes on the drivers door
    The music is always loud and heaven help you if you get in my way

    My wife considers it an embarrassment for a man approaching 50 to drive such a thing
    She particularly dislikes the bullet holes ha ha

    I love it
    i can sleep in the back when i travel
    And can fit a bike or a board in the back with room to spare
    i bash it around the fire roads in the bush and it's never let me down

    My '97 Ford Taurus didn't really have a fun name. It was "bebbie-car", that was it. I was named crash for a while, but then my cousin took that one over for me.

    Now, my 2012 Chevy Sonic paint color is called "inferno orange." I found it fitting to name it after a Sonic character and name it "Tails."

    I've never named any of my cars.

    I sometimes jokingly call my car "the Midnight Blackberry" because that's the official paint color name, it's clearly just a black car! hehe

    However, I do name my washer and dryer. Long ago it started with Goldie and Hazel, hand-me-downs in harvest gold and avocado green. Next came a nameless duo in white. After that, a bright red Samsung front loader set named Daphne & Ursula. Now I have trim white Maytags named Piers and Chet.

    I started naming all my cars Z-names beginning with my 89 Chevy Cavalier-that was Zelda. Then I went on to have Zoe, Zamboni (a minvan), and Zed the short-bus, my current minivan. I just bought an OOOOLD white 95 Mercury Sable, previously owned by a 90-something lady, so my hubby named it Betty White.

    Haha! Glad I'm not the only one who's named my car!

    Mine is a Mitsubishi Lancer and I call it the Kro-mobile. Cuz it's kinda like the batmobile, but I'm Krokador, so...

    My lil sis calls it "The Limo". Maybe because her car is a Hyundai elantra, lol (as far as I know hers doesn't have a name tho)

    Just kidding, no. I have called my automobiles all sorts of names, most of which you can't say on the radio, but I don't believe I have ever named one.

    1st car was a 1989 Ford Escort.. His name was Neville.

    Then I had a horrible teal colored- banged up- Subaru named Seamus.

    My current car (2007 Nissan Sentra) is named Gabriel.

    I think it's a family thing.. my mom always names her cars...

    I had a 2009 RX-8 named Rocket.

    I now drive a Mazda 3 that I call Marriage, because it's like being married. It's calm, it's quiet, but it's still fun to drive.

    My next car will be a sports car (think Porsche...) which will be called Mistress, because it will be a lot of fun to drive, and I'll be cheating on Marriage.

    My first car was Muffy and my second car was Death Mobile (90% rust, bald tires, and much more), my third car was Lily. My car today I've never named. I guess I can call her Gaia (she's a hybrid) :)

    1st car - Mickey Mini - original type 850 Mini

    latest car - Rocket Ronnie - also a mini - new type Mini Cooper S

    I've also had in between Freddie Focus - Ford Focus ST (one of many :laugh: )

    My wife has always named her vehicles.

    It is now a standiing joke between us: I named my vehicle all after her because of their attitudes "Bee Eye Itch".
