Hi all, I joined yesterday and looking forward to losing some weight and getting fit.
I do have a question though....when I was putting all my details in yesterday I put that I wanted to lose 2lbs a week but when I had entered everything it defaulted to 1lb a week. I tried several times. Why is this?
Thank you

Hi, I've had the same issue! I think it works out your BMR and then uses that combined with projected workout deficits in order to calculate a calorie deficit. As it's meant to be 3500 calories to the lb I'm guessing that the model thinks you'll be 1lb a week at the minute. Maybe you could try the manual input mode? Good luck!0
