Besides tracking food I need to understand trapped and how to use it effectively. Where do I start?

Same question, but bolding the part I don't understand. What did you mean by "trapped"? Is it a spell check issue and you meant another word, or is this some kind of product/diet/exercise routine or something?

OP, don't let the joke-y clickbait title put you off: It's solid, sensible information.
There's lots of good content in the "Most Helpful Posts" section under "Getting Started" and "Health and Weight Loss" parts of the Community. I'd suggest chipping away at reading those as you have a few minutes here and there. They are posts by regular users that other MFP users found so useful that they nominated them to stick around long time, instead of rolling off into old history. (You'll sometimes see them called "the stickies" as a result.) Good stuff.0 -
