Easy eating program, or exercise program, or both?
I did this (link below) on the eating side of things. If you pick a sensibly slow loss rate in MFP, I think it could be relatively easy. (But not every approach works for every person, so I'm just suggesting it as one option to consider.)

On the exercise front, just find some way of moving more that is fun (or at least tolerable and practical) for you. It doesn't have to be some gym thing (unless you like that), and it doesn't need to be super intense. There are lots of options: Those gym things, sure; or group classes; exercise videos from YouTube; swimming at the local pool (even just water walking); walking in your neighborhood or a nice park; riding a bike; playing active video or VR games; dancing (there are many types); martial arts; games like golf or frisbee or tennis or ping pong or whatever . . . there are dozens of options. Doesn't even need to be the same thing every time.
As long as it's a mild, manageable challenge to your current capabilities, you'll make progress in fitness. As you get fitter, add duration, intensity or frequency - or try new things - to keep the manageable challenge in the picture.
