Progressive Overload app?

I am planning on cutting for one more month then I want to start an intentional progressive overload program at maintenance. Does anyone have a free app or worksheet to recommend where I can keep track of what I lift each week?

    I found Jefit useful. https://www.jefit.com
It has most of the common lifting programmes already built in with the rest periods and deloads included in most. You can also adjust established programmes or,if you are confident, design your own or input your trainers.

I don’t know which programme you plan to follow but if you haven’t had a look through this thread (below) yet you may find it useful.

FWIW, one of the experienced old hands here recommended Fitnotes, though I haven't used it/competitors enough to have an independent evaluation.

I'm not saying this is the right universal answer (far from it), but I still prefer a small notebook, vs. messing with my phone. There are pros and cons. Since I most often lift at home, sometimes I put stuff on a whiteboard while lifting, then transfer it to the notebook when I'm done, along with notes about where I want to go next intensity-wise.

I will second JeFit. I've been using the free version for over a decade and it has been great. They have web based and mobile versions that are all connected.
