Motivation

It's been 17months, nd 7th week back on fase return (one wk a.l) I've lost around 31lb but still need another 14 gone but the stress of being at work since I was of with braking a vertebrae in back, I struggle at work am still tight n stiff is really bad it makes me feel like why am I bothered.
I took up step arobics to help with stamina n balance, I do weights I also have a treadmill for the walking but I just don't feel as motivated like before.
I hate my job as it gets in way of what I call my new life with my troubles with back.
Should I find something else to take up?
I have osteoporosis so some things are not appropriate .

Only you know the answer to that. A new job isn't going to solve your back problems. It will still have the same issues no matter where you are, so just be aware of that. Have you tried yoga? Some gentle yoga might be an idea. If you have osteoporosis... most recommendations call for strength training, as it can help increase bone density. Outside of that, just find what you enjoy!
