Hi, looking for some new MFP friends to help with accountability.
Little bit about me:
My 28 years old, 5ft 7inchs and currently weight 185.5lb (13st 3.5lb)
My bmi on the NHS website is at 29.1 and although it's not a reliable way of monitoring I need to stay below 30 due to NHS funding rules for IVF.
I've gained around 3stone whilst trying to conceive for over 2years and we've just failed our 1st fresh round of IVF. I gained about 7lb during IVF and because I need to wait a couple of months until our frozen cycle im taking the opportunity to lose some weight and working out is helping me take my mind off of things.
I'm looking for accountability friends to help me stay on track and cheer each other on.
I dont currently log food on MFP as I use nutracheck instead but I do post status on MFP because I like the community

Hi there! Unsure if you’re still on the journey. I’m on my first round of IVF with undiagnosed infertility and am plant base so just trying to ensure I have the most beneficial nutrition for fertility. Hope you’re doing ok.0

Hi! I don't know if two are still on the journey. We're doing IVF with genetic testing for a genetic condition my husband has.
I need to get below a BMI of 30, ideally 29, and I'm really struggling. I suspect I know where I'm going wrong, I just need to work on it. I need to exercise more too.
Anyway, we went for our fertility tests the other day so the journey is feeling very real now0
