I stopped drinking wine and lost 30 pounds in 4 months so far. It's been hard because I really like wine, but I feel so much healthier.

Losing 30 pounds is no small feat, especially when it means giving up something you enjoy like wine. I totally get it; I used to love unwinding with a glass or two in the evenings. A while back, I decided to cut back on alcohol for my health, and I felt the difference pretty quickly. I had more energy, and my cravings for snacks dropped, too.1

Congratulations! I'm in a similar boat, I haven't entirely quit, but have gone from daily to rarely, and have also lost 30lbs. My sleep is so much better, skin, digestion, mood, energy... All improved.0

If you’re looking for support or ideas on how to keep going, I came across Abbeycare Scotland. They have some great resources for anyone wanting to change their drinking habits. It’s nice to know there are places out there that can help!-1
