Hi there!

Hi! I’m new to this community…

I started my fitness journey from 100% sedentary to starting 75 HARD (if you don’t know what that is, Google it. It’s crazy!!) back in April. Since completing 75 HARD, I just kept it going. And now I’m on day 153 of every day fitness.

I’m just now learning about macros and nutrition though, so I’m hoping to really improve all facets through MyFitnessPal and through community!

Would love to meet some new people who are serious about their health and are actively enjoying their lives!

    Wow! Congratulations! I’ve been tracking macros and working out for a while now. I just started eating my body weight in grams of protein, though. Also on day 3 of 75 hard. Even though I work out, my body is already cramping from the 2 45min workouts a day haha. I’m pushing through! You should be super proud of yourself🥰 That is an amazing accomplishment!
