Hi there!!!

Hi! I'm new to this neighborhood.

I began my fitness adventure by going from being completely sedentary to starting 75 HARD (to find out what that is, do a Google search). It's insane! during April. I just continued going after finishing 75 HARD. I'm currently on day 153 of my daily fitness regimen.

Though I'm still learning about nutrition and macros, I hope to significantly advance all areas with MyFitnessPal and the community!

I'd want to get to know some new folks that take care of their health and live actively!
