Heaviest Weight: 183 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight 144 lbs
Height: 5’5
October Goals:
Lose 8 lbs - 3.5 lbs lost in October so far!
3 x intentional walks a week
Oct 1: 168
Oct 2: 167.8
Oct 3: 167.8
Oct 4: 167.8
Oct 5: 167.6 a really slow week for weight loss this week. I have logged consistently for 45 days. I know the weight will ‘whoosh’ eventually, just have to stay on plan. I will continue to IF and drink my 2.5 litres of water a day 🤓🤓🤓
Oct 6: 167.4 - I can’t believe I am still 167.x! But I’m not going to be disappointed and binge because I’m trusting the process and know the whoosh is coming. The weight is still going down which is better than maintaining or gaining so that’s positive. It’s my daughters bday today but I’m still going to stick to IF because it works for me. Wish me luck! And hopefully tomorrow I will break into the 166’s 😬😬😬
Oct 7: 166.6 - over the moon to have finally moved into the 166’s!!! Coincidentally had an amazing nights sleep last night. Slow and steady is fine as long as it’s going down and not up. Really focused on my water intake yesterday so that clearly helped to get the scales moving 🤣🤣🤣.
Oct 8: 165.8 - had a great eating day yesterday and was on point with my water intake and steps. On track to meet my monthly target.
Oct 9: DNW
Oct 10: 165.8 - happy with this. Have been consistent with my diet and water. Aim to get at least 5,000 steps in today
Oct 15: 164.6 - has been a very slow week even though my food, water and steps were on target. But a loss is better than a gain. I’m thinking that I’ve now lost 19.2 lbs out of my 30 lb target so my body is probably getting reluctant to lose these final lbs…. It’s definitely harder but I will continue because I know I’ve done it before. Positive vibes to everyone
Oct 16: 164.4 - I have the beginnings of a cough/flu/cold coming on. I can feel it in my throat. There is covid going round in my workplace and I know I’m next 😭😭😭. I diff do not intermittent fast today as my body needed refuelling mid morning but I stayed in my calorie target so hopefully no gain…. Didn’t drink enough water today as my throat hurt to swallow. I can see visible changes in my body shape now, especially my tummy area and arms. 4.4 lbs to go 😇😇
Oct 17: 165.8 - a bit of a hike which I expected as my body craved carbs yesterday. Still feeling flu 😷 and cold symptoms.
Oct 22: 166 lbs I have struggled with a flu and cold all week. I know I have eaten within my calorie goals for the week so I haven’t overeaten to gain weight. I’m assuming it’s water fluctuations and will drop off at some point. This has been my slowest week and month in my weight loss so far. The 168-164 range was super hard to move past last year too, took me a whole month. It’s obviously a soft spot for my body but I will continue to be persistent and not get stressed out.
Oct 23: 165 😀😀😀 went on three walks yesterday which resulted in 19,000 steps! Very unusual for me but great all the same. Feeling a little bit stiff this morning but super pleased the scales are finally moving down. I haven’t overeaten all week and am hoping the body has recovered enough to start releasing some of the weight!!
Oct 24: 164.5 🥳🥳🥳 the scales have now moved down to the lowest weight I was earlier in October! I am 0.5 lbs away from 20 lbs lost in last 65 days!!! Exciting to know that the next 10 lbs to lose will be the last 10 lbs to lose to meet my end of year target! Would be great to get as close as possible to 160 by the end of the month 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼this has definitely been the hardest few weeks mentally and physically for me but I am committed to getting to my end of year target 😎2 -

A long day ahead, but feeling good going into the weekend. My weight has been all over the place, but I've been trying to listen to what my body wants and go from there. It's making things a little easier than micromanaging every meal, which I'm finding exhausting. Still tracking food, but not to the gram.
Hope you all have a great Friday!1 -

Oct 28: so I am away from home for past few days, will be back home tonight. I have been weighing every morning on my friend’s scales but I don’t trust them enough to log those weights. The scales say I am 160.6 lbs this morning which if correct would be amazing 🤩. Will weigh in tomorrow morning from home and then record that weight. Overall, I’ve been eating on target and getting 9-10,000 steps a day. Lots of park trips with the kids and shopping malls with my friend has got my steps in. I can see my body shape getting slimmer and more defined. Also, a lot of friends and family who haven’t seen me for at least six weeks all can see I’ve lost weight and look noticeably slimmer. Always nice to hear compliments 🤓🤓🤓1 -

Oct 29: again still away from home but scales at my friends house say 159.4 🤩🤩🤩. Will be weighing in on my own house scales tomorrow morning. The past five days I have been here the scales have shown a lower number each day so even if these scales are not totally accurate, I should have lost some weight. I’m feeling great, if I am in fact 159.4 lbs that means I have somehow managed to hit my monthly goal. 157.4 lbs was the lowest recorded weight for me this year (in January) so I’m planning to give myself a treat when I hit that weight as a reward. Positive vibes to you all!2 -
Congrats, @9bhtn65nzj ! To your continued success!1

Oct 16: 208.9 - Water retention, because there was nothing eaten that would do this. I even worked out yesterday. Just going on faith that this will drop back and below where I was soon.
Oct 17: 208.7
Oct 18: 207.5
Oct 19: 205.7 - Thankfully finally dropping to a number I'm less embarrassed to post, even though it was out of my hands.

Would be great to get as close as possible to 160 by the end of the month 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼this has definitely been the hardest few weeks mentally and physically for me but I am committed to getting to my end of year target 😎
Always nice to hear compliments 🤓🤓🤓
Positive vibes to you all!
Oct 30: drumroll:::: 160.8 lbs this morning, so my friends scales were not far off! And that’s with only 2.5 hours sleep nonetheless I am VERY happy with that as it felt like I was stuck at 166 for a very long time! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼I am hoping to be 160 or 159 lbs tomorrow morning for my final October weigh in!1 -
