    GOALS:
    * walk at least three miles whenever the weather allows
    * go the HOA clubhouse to use the gym when it's too rainy to walk (15 minutes bike; 30 minutes treadmill)
    * portion control, portion control, portion control
    * make good food choices
    * lose about 6lbs this month

    SW: 294 (7/4/23)
    October SW: 241.6
    CW: 226.6 (10/31)
    GW (short term): 235 220
    GW (long term): 165

    10/31 update: Well, I ended up getting stuck at 226 for like four days now so didn't get down as much as I hoped I would but it's not so bad; I still lost 15lbs this month. Of course, it's Halloween and the kids brought home lots of tempting candy. I'm not a really big candy person but I LOVE Reese's peanut butter cups. It's so well known in the house that my daughter brought me a single mini one as a treat. I might also see if anyone has a mini Milky Way.
