View our client’s nutrition plan

Hi guys I’m new to this app, how do we view our clients nutrition plan and write down alternatives for their meal choices?

    I'm not a trainer.

I think you would either have to friend-request your client, and have their diary open to friends; or have them set their dairy up to be accessible with a key, and have them give you that key.

I don't know how to write down alternatives for their meal choices, except to direct message them.

Also not a trainer. Agree with Ann on viewing your client's diary.

You could log a meal in your own diary and message your client to copy it (you can copy a meal from a friend's diary with a couple of clicks -- it's not a manual process of copying each food.

If they have Premium they can download and share a spreadsheet of what they’ve eaten.

I’ve done it, though, and it’s just a mass of food and numbers.

You can do 7 day, 30 day, or all time.

    It provides 3 reports:

Your weight recorded during that period.

Exercise recorded (i use notes to record what I’ve done in the gym and it post those notes weird)

And nutrition, which imho, is worse than useless the way they send it, since it doesn’t list individual foods. 🙄
