How tall are you?

Go here: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change-goals-guided or More > Goals in app.- Put in your stats.
- normal daily activities refers to your job.
- Ignore How many times a week do you plan on exercising? - that does not get included in the equation.
- Select Lose 0.5 pound per week.
The resulting calories is your daily calorie budget. It's normal to go a little over or under, but since weight loss is already included in these calories, you don't want to intentionally go hundreds of calories under.
With this little to lose, it's going to be slow, and should be slow, as you do not have the fat stores to support a more aggressive rate of loss. I suggest using a weight trend app, such as Happy Scale for iphone or Libra for Android.

No one approach works for everyone. This is what worked for me:
Workouts: Something fun, or at least very tolerable and extremely practical, that involves moving more, and ideally is a manageable bit of challenge to current capabilities. Fun is the more important part, though, IMO. Way too many people think that punitively intense, miserable exercise is the only kind that's beneficial. That's a total myth, whether the goal is weight loss or fitness improvement.
Eating: We're all unique individuals. That means our best strategy is personalized, IMO. Log what you eat, figure out how to remodel your eating so that you feel reasonably full and happy, eating practical, affordable foods you enjoy, that add up to reasonable calories. You don't have to be perfect immediately, you just need to stick with the process until you reach a reasonably happy balance.
This was the approach I used (to lose about 1/3 of my body weight, class 1 obese to healthy weight, in just under a year; and stay there for 7+ years since, after around 30 previous years of overweight/obesity):

That won't be perfect for everyone - nothing universally is. But it's one option to consider.
IME, the results are very much worth it. I'm cheering for you to succeed!
