30 Day Fitness Challenge!!

I'll be hosting a 30 Day Fitness Challenge on Facebook!! We'll be doing a Squat challenge (in addition to whatever workout program you're using!! I can give you some great free program ideas from online if you don't have one!) and ditching junk food for 30 days!!

I'm really excited about it and would love to have some support as we work on fitting into our skinny jeans together!!
