best method to get back in shape

simply do self-care. This one is the easiest method to get back in shape. now due to fast life, we all forget how to treat ourselves in a healthy way. we don't breathe properly, we don't eat calmly, we don't sleep peacefully and also we don't hydrate ourselves properly. That is all the reason we see the issues of health and gain unhealthy fat.

So first start to improve your day.

    To be fair, it is entirely possible to do all those things (breathe, eat calmly, sleep, hydrate) and still gain fat, since I can very calmly eat an entire pizza in one sitting, lol. But your overall message of take time to take care of yourself is still true.

    Agreed. I practice daily meditation...I don't snarf my food down...I go to bed at 9:30 and am up at 6am and sleep well most of the time...I live in the desert at over a mile high and have carried a water bottle with me always since I was 13 and keep hydrated and I still gained 20 Lbs over the last 3 years.
